GuestReservations.com does not modify reservations. If you need to cancel any night of your reservation, please visit us at www.guestreservations.com/about/mybooking to access your reservation. Then, simply cancel your original reservation and rebook for your new dates. There is NO change or cancel fee on most published rates booked online or in the call center! However, there may be a $25 cancellation fee on some unpublished or special promotional rates. Note, there may be applicable hotel charges if canceled past the cancellation deadline. Please refer to your confirmation receipt or the cancellation policy noted on your reservation details.

Reservations cancelled online prior to the published cancellation policy date typically take 7 - 10 business days to post back to your account. However, some refunds can take up to 30 days or the next cycle to post to your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

We're issuing promo codes to select customers. If qualified for one, you'll get an email that explains the details. In the email you should receive the promo code which will provide you with the discount code for your booking, if applicable. Each promo code is valid for the time period indicated in the promotion received.

Take the below steps to apply the promo code:

  1. Click on the link in the email to make a booking.
  2. Search for a hotel for your desired dates or location.
  3. At Checkout, click on the Use a promo code link, enter the provided promo code and click Apply.
  4. If the promo code is valid, you will see the final payment updated and discount applied to the nightly room rate (not including fees or taxes).

Additional Details:

  • You can’t apply a promo code after you book: Even if you contact Guestreservations.com support, we can’t apply a current or expired promo code after you’ve booked a reservation (future or past). The promo code also can’t be used if you change or cancel your original booking.
  • Expiration dates can’t be adjusted: Once a promo code has expired, it’s not possible to extend the expiration date or to get a replacement promo code. Expired promo codes can't be used again.
  • Limit one promo code per reservation: There’s no way to apply multiple promo codes for a single reservation.
  • Discount amounts vary: Your final discount will vary and be displayed in your booking summary at checkout. The promo amount may depend on, for example, the total booking amount. There is no independent value to a promo code. You can’t exchange it, sell it, or get a refund for it. There is no discount on any taxes or fees.
  • Promo codes are subject to terms: Promo codes have certain restrictions outlined with each email or code and are also subject to our Terms of Service. Codes will be voided or invalidated if you engage in fraud or violate any terms. If you are using a mobile device, message and data rates may apply.
